HOW QC WORKS
Item Arrives at Warehouse
After your Superbuy order is placed, the seller ships the item to Superbuy's warehouse in China.
QC Photos Taken
Superbuy staff photograph the item from multiple angles: front, back, labels, soles, stitching, and details.
You Review the Photos
Log into your Superbuy account, view the QC photos in your order panel, and inspect every detail.
Approve or Reject
If the item meets your expectations, approve for shipping. If there are issues, request a return or seller dispute.
Item Ships Internationally
After approval, your item is prepared for international shipping with your chosen shipping line.
QC TIPS
Always request extra QC photos if the default set is insufficient — Superbuy supports this.
Check label details, stitching quality, and sole condition for footwear orders.
Compare QC photos against the seller's listing images before approving.
Review our QC picks section for pre-screened items with passed community QC reviews.
If QC shows damage, reject and request a return — Superbuy's buyer protection covers this.
