Buying from Superbuy is a simple process once you understand the basic steps. Superbuy acts as a shopping agent that allows international buyers to purchase items from Chinese marketplaces such as Taobao and Weidian.

The first step is finding a product link. Many buyers use spreadsheets or community recommendations to discover popular items.

Next, you paste the product link into the Superbuy search bar. The platform will display the product page with pricing and options.

After selecting size and color, you can place an order and pay through the platform. Superbuy will purchase the item on your behalf and send it to their warehouse.

Once the item arrives, you will receive QC photos that show the product before shipping. After confirming the item, you can select a shipping method and send the package internationally.
